    Jaz imam eno vprašanje. Ta sadna dieta, ki shujšaš v petih dneh... Ali shujšaš v vsakem primeru, tudi če ne ješ vsega kar je tam napisano in ješ samo par stvari od tam in nič druga? Ali to tudi velja?

    Najprej, škoda ker si odprla še eno temo "sadna dieta".Če bi malo pogledala bi našla...*pet dnevna sadna dieta*, in tam je veliko napisanega glede te diete. OK ..pa kaj, zdaj je kar je.

    Zdaj pa k vprašanju.
    Vsaka dieta je napisana, da se jo striktno upošteva za dober uspeh. Če kdaj kakšno stvar spustiš, nič hudega.
    Vendar ne smeš to nadomestiti kar s čim.

    Tu lepo piše, citiram:
    Lahko jeste vse sadje in zelenjavo z izjemo naslednjih živil (prepovedano): banane, sladkor, fižol v zrnju, grah, krompir. Če med obroki začutite lakoto, lahko pojeste malo lubenice (ali melone) ali drugega nizkokaloričnega sadja (jagodičje).

    Pri tej dieti nimaš velike izbire...sadje in zelenjava pretežno. Namesto teletine lahko ješ ribji file v foliji, ali puranov zrezek ali piščančji, kislo mleko zamenjaš z jogurtom, sir s tofujem.
    Ne jej manj kot je napisano, ker boš preveč lačna in ti ne bo uspelo. Pa še..odvisno od tvoje teže.Vedno pa gre najprej voda, šele nato kg. Piti je potrebno veliko vode no tekočine (čaj, kava ....)vsaj 1,5 l do 2 l na dan.

    Nikoli pa ne gre dol toliko kot piše. (Največ 2-3 kg v prvem ciklu)

    Prebrskaj še malo forum, mogoče boš še kaj našla, kar ti bo bolj pisano na kožo.

    Aicha, saj nisem mislila nič slabega. Nasvet pač, kakršnega bi tudi ti dala, upam.

    Špela304, upam da nisi napačno razumela odgovora...Pa to sem pozabila...v petih dneh ne shujšaš in težo obdržiš.
    To je bla bla bla.Najslabše je , če punce preveč pričakujete. Nič ne gre čez noč dol.
    Pa tudi koliko si stara in koliko tehtaš.

    Ne nisem zaradi tebe Kozoroginja to napisala.
    Ampak zato, ker je spet eno vprasanje in nova diskusija, kot si napisala.
    Tako, da seveda nic ni narobe, malo se nisva razumeli.

    Saj tako sem tudi mislila, da se strinjaš z mano. Vem da punce ne preberejo dosti in potem se odpirajo nove teme na staro temo oziroma diskusije.
    In potem ni odgovora čeprav dobrohotno svetuješ in malo pokaraš.

    Tale sadna dieta je pa res zanimiva, predvsem zato, ker imam vso hrano, ki je predvidena, zelo rada. Sicer pa razmišljam, ali ta dieta Wellneo s prehranskimi dodatki, ali ta sadna dieta. Kakšen nasvet?
